Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt unless otherwise arranged.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, intimate items, customized products, and personal care items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error with your order or the product is defective.
